When you wave the wand once, you can hear the character's lines. When you wave the wand twice, the magic finishing phrase and melody play, and it lights up. Changing the attached ribbon changes the character's voice.

*The red ribbon is not included. Part of the back of the light blue ribbon is missing and doesn't fit properly.
*Operation has been confirmed. There is no rust in the battery compartment.
